Steven Anderson
Steven Anderson has been coaching actors privately and conducting workshops for the last twenty-five years. He is a nationally and internationally recognized acting coach and teacher whose clients work globally in a variety of mediums. Based out of Los Angeles, some of his clients have included: Shemar Moore, Halle Berry, Angie Harmon, Sean Patrick Flanery, Eva Longoria Parker, Tracey Bregman, Sharon Gless, Logan Lerman and Tanya Tucker.
Steven has been a working actor in television, film, and stage for forty years and is a familiar face from recent guest star roles on: AMERICAN HORROR STORY, NCIS, DESPERATE HOUSWIVES, COLD CASE, BOSTON LEGAL, BROTHERS AND SISTERS, CLOSE TO HOME, WITHOUT A TRACE, THE WEST WING, JAG, NIP/TUCK, THE PRACTICE, ER, and NYPD BLUE. Steven’s directorial projects include the short film ONLY IN MIAMI which screened at the CineFestival in San Antonio, Texas in October 2006 and GOOD THINGS which screened at the 5 Second Film Festival in Claremont, California in May 2010. He has directed numerous plays and one-person shows including John Posey’s FATHER, SON and HOLY COACH and April Fitzsimmon’s one woman theatrical show THE NEED TO KNOW which won the Best Solo Performance award for April from the LA Weekly Theater Awards. He also directed Amberlee Colson’s one woman show BIG HAIR, which is now a feature-length motion picture titled ALWAYS WORTHY.
